Disbursement Policy

Our Board of Directors has an expansive background in non-profits, grant writing, management, military duty, accounting, journalism, insurance, title work, disaster work, and so much more. This collective group works together to make quick decisions when help is needed.

To maintain fiscal responsibility and transparency, we adhere to a strict direct-payment model:

  • Third-Party Payments: We do not provide cash or direct payments to individuals. All funds are paid directly to the service provider or source of the need (e.g., utility companies, landlords, or vendors).
  • Documentation: Our team maintains a rigorous paper trail for every transaction. This ensures that all contributions are processed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
